Privacy
What this site does
The page is fully static, hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking, embeds no third-party fonts, scripts, or social plugins. Language and theme preferences are stored locally in the browser.

Server logs
Each request processes IP address, timestamp, requested URL, bytes transferred, referrer, browser and OS identifier, and HTTP status code. Purpose: delivery, technical security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. Legal basis: legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Recipients are the hosting provider and technical service providers. Logs are rotated by size and kept only as long as required for those purposes.

If you write to fabian.wimberger@proton.me, your email address, message content, metadata, and any attachments are processed to respond. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual exchange, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Recipients are the mailbox provider and technical service providers. Messages are kept as long as needed to handle the matter and any legal retention duties.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You can also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at). No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
